How to detect ozone O3 concentration

 There are many occasions where ozone is used, and there are many occasions where ozone is present, and we have three methods to quickly detect the concentration of ozone O3. Each method corresponds to different testing equipment, each with its own characteristics, each suitable for different needs.

  The first is our common portable ozone detector. This is a portable gas detector that monitors ozone levels in the user's surroundings. Its ozone detection range is 0 - 10ppm, the resolution is 0.01ppm, because it is a gas detector, when the ozone concentration exceeds the standard, it will automatically stimulate sound, flash, vibration, triple alarm, remind the field staff to leave the scene. But we can also find its limitations: the upper limit of detection is 10 ppm, and if the ozone concentration in the environment is higher than 10 ppm, how can it be detected?

 Therefore, this requires the consideration of the second detection method: the ozone detection tube. Ozone tubes are available in two sizes, with an 18L ozone detection range of 0.025 - 6ppm. It can be found that very low concentrations of ozone, such as 0.025 ppm, cannot be detected with a portable ozone detector, but can be detected with such ozone tubes. The 18M specification ozone detection range is 4 - 400ppm. It can be found that when the ozone concentration is greater than 10 ppm, even if it is as high as 400 ppm, it can still be detected with this detection tube.

 The third ozone detection method is to use an ozone concentration analyzer. It is also an instrument, but the accuracy of the detection is better, and the second is that the range of ozone concentrations that can be detected is larger. There are the following specifications and models: (1) 106L specification, ozone concentration detection range 0 - 100ppm, resolution 0.1ppb, that is, 0.0001 ppm(2)106m specification, ozone concentration detection range 0 - 1000ppm, resolution 0.01 ppm(3)106 MH specification, ozone concentration detection range 0 - 10000ppm, resolution 0.1 ppm(4)106h specification, ozone concentration detection range 0 - 20wt%.
